Gender pay gap reporting is so much more than a compliance exercise. Done right, your gender pay balance report provides an opportunity to improve gender and other diversity across your organisation, creating a powerful brand-building narrative that enhances your reputation and builds employee confidence.

This training will walk you through the process of writing and releasing your gender pay balance report, both internally and externally. The online workshop will consist of a series of video modules, combined with exercises, coached analysis of your data, worksheets and access to relevant research reports. You will be able to work at your own speed and will feel confident and in control as you progress through your gender pay gap reporting process.

The in-depth online workshop will be led by our MD and Head of Consultancy, Hayley Barnard (bio below). Covering:

About Hayley Barnard
